Our Retreats


Wake naturally from a deep sleep feeling refreshed, energised and ready for the day. Wander through the courtyard to the studio for an invigorating yoga class, followed by a nourishing, wholesome breakfast.

This is how each of your days with us will start. Every retreat has a unique focus that will shape the morning, with activities ranging from mindfulness and meditation sessions to guided walks and nutrition workshops. All designed to help nourish your body, mind and soul.

But there will also be plenty of time to simply unwind. After lunch you may find you’d like a rest, or wish to explore and soak up the tranquility of your surroundings, or perhaps take advantage of the indoor swimming pool or sauna. There’s also the chance to enjoy a range of complementary therapies and treatments at an additional cost. Maybe you’d like to book a massage, private health coaching or clinical hypnotherapy session, or treat yourself to a rejuvenating facial treatment- you’ll find a full list of additional therapies here. However you choose to spend your afternoon, we’ll regroup for an evening relaxation session followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner.

8am:  Vinyasa flow yoga session
9.30am:  Breakfast
11am: Mindfulness Workshop
1pm: Lunch
2pm: Free time to enjoy as you wish, or choose to book one of our additional therapies
6pm:  Restorative yoga session
7pm: Dinner

All activities are optional, this is your retreat and you can participate as much or as little as you like.Your time with us is tailored to meet your needs.
