ShoreBeing was born from a love of food, so it’s only right that it should be at the very heart of our retreats.

Our daily menu focuses on wholesome and delicious vegetarian food, using locally sourced ingredients and produce where possible. Our carefully devised recipes are packed full of nutrients which provide your body with energy, vitality and help give an overall sense of well-being.

Here at ShoreBeing Retreats we believe in naturally detoxing through healthy eating and taking care of yourself, rather than through restriction and deprivation. Our Health & Nutrition workshops will help you to discover ways to embrace healthy eating and empower your body through nurture and nourishment. And most of all, we will show you that eating healthily isn’t just about what you shouldn’t eat, but all the delicious meals and choices there are to be enjoyed, which also support and benefit your health and well-being. We love food, and we can’t wait to share our passion with you!
